Total costs include VAT and delivery charges which are shown to you before placing the final order confirmation.

SV Trading UK LTD practice an ongoing police of product perfection; accordingly, we hold the right to change or fix any product or price on our website without giving a notification.

Order Completion and Confirmation

Completing the order and confirming it will place an automatic contract between you and SV Trading UK LTD by the immediate dispatch of your paid goods, unless we inform you that we have not accepted your order, or you have cancelled it. The reasons we may not accept your order could be because of one of the following:

 

• Payment not authorised to us from your payment provided.
• If we identify we have listed a pricing or product by error.
• Goods you have ordered, that have run out of stock.

 

An automated email confirmation with the invoice will be processed to you, once your order has been confirmed.

 

SV Trading UK LTD attempts to give 100% customer satisfaction and therefore we follow consumer rights of the UK and EU selling regulations. You are permitted to cancel your order at any time before the goods have been dispatched by contacting us on the telephone no. or via email. We aim to ship orders placed before 4pm on the same day, anything after that time will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

If returning or cancelling any orders after delivery refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy page.

If SV Trading UK LTD agrees to a sell on a Purchase Order, payment should strictly be made within 7 days from the date of the invoice unless an agreed term in writing is applied. SV Trading UK LTD owns all goods until money is not paid in Full.
