Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing or typographical errors at any time before acceptance of an order.
6. Delivery, Returns & Faulty Items
Delivery
Orders are dispatched using reputable courier or postal services. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns (Change of Mind)
You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in original, sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
We operate in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and our Product Warranty Policy (October 2025):
- Vape Kits and Mods (Refillable Devices Only): 6-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects only.
- External Batteries: 6-month limited warranty for manufacturer defects only.
- Chargers, Cables & Accessories: 12-month warranty for manufacturer defects.
- Prefilled Pod Kits, E-Liquids, Coils, Tanks, and Refillable Pods: These are consumables and not covered by ongoing warranty. Claims accepted only if the item is Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective within 7 days of receipt.
To report a faulty or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You must provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photo or video evidence
- Batch or serial number (where applicable)
All claims require return of the product for inspection before any replacement or refund can be issued. If a manufacturer fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. If no fault is found, the item will be returned and return postage may apply.
Shop Vapour is not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification, neglect, liquid ingress, or unauthorised repair attempts.
7. Lost or Missing Orders
Claims for lost or undelivered items must be made within 14 days of dispatch confirmation. We will liaise with our courier to investigate before processing a replacement or refund. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.
8. Product Safety and Use
All vaping products contain or may contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance. By purchasing from Shop Vapour, you acknowledge that you are using these products at your own risk.

Battery Safety:
- Use only approved batteries and chargers
- Do not overcharge or leave unattended while charging
- Stop using immediately if your device overheats, swells, or emits odour
- Dispose of batteries safely through authorised recycling points
Shop Vapour will not be held liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modification of devices or batteries.
9. Availability and Cancellation
We aim to maintain accurate stock information, but product availability cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to cancel or amend orders where stock is unavailable or pricing errors occur. If we cancel your order after payment, a full refund will be issued.

11. Limitation of Liability
