We are available to help you if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
All products purchased from SHOP VAPOUR are eligible for return. In case you have any questions or concerns about your order, please get in touch with customer service in order to provide you more information on how to return the item or order to us.

Unwanted items purchased online

Within 30 calendar days of the date of delivery, you can return unwanted products or entire orders to us.

  • Your item needs to be unopened and in the same condition that you received it in order to be eligible for a return. 
  • The item must still be in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to return an item.
  • Returned items must be received within 14 days of the return from being issued.

Please Note: Unless they are defective, we are UNABLE to accept returns for e-liquids, vape kits, disposable e-cigarettes, or refill pods that have been opened due to health and hygienic concerns.

Faulty items purchased online

Please get in touch with customer service if you have any problem with an item. A member of the team will assist in fixing the issue or provide you with the required return documents.

Note: You must inform us regarding returns of unwanted or faulty items. Regretfully, unauthorised refunds will NOT be accepted.

Return address

If you have an unwanted or faulty item, please return it to SV Trading UK LTD, Unit 4-6 , 29 Lockett Street, Manchester, England, M8 8EE . Unless otherwise specified, please note that you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the items to us. If the item is worth more than £50, we advise using an insurance service and sending all returns to us via tracked service.
Any returns that are lost in transit are NOT our responsibility policy.


We will assess your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that we have received your returned item. After assessing the items returned, we will promptly inform you with the status of your refund. Your credit card (or the original method of payment) will be refunded if your return is accepted.
You will get the credit in 3-5 working days as per the policies of your card issuer.

Order Cancellation

If you would want to cancel an order prior to shipping, please contact us by phone at + 44 79 44 342 156 or via contact form before 4:30PM. It's possible that we won't be able to cancel the order if you tell us after 4:30 PM.
You still have 14 days to cancel an order to get a full refund if it has already been dispatched. Kindly ensure that your things are returned and a refund is provided by following the returns procedure.

Faulty items purchased online

Kindly submit a support ticket using the contact form if you are experiencing issues or if an online purchase is faulty. A member of the team will provide you with the required forms for returns.
