The 0.7-ohm resistance of the Geekvape Sonder U pods is intended for MTL vaping. Convenience is enhanced by the coils integration inside the pod. Moreover, a side filling port enables speedy top-ups. You can see the liquid level through the clear pod, allowing you to know when to replenish before the coil burns out.

These pods link to the top of the Sonder U kit via a powerful magnetic connection and are intended for usage with that kit. Since the coil is integrated within the pod, messy replacements are avoided. Check the resistances by looking at the pod's bottom. This displays the internal coil's wattage range as well. The ideal working range for the 0.7-ohm resistance is 16–19 W.
