1. Unpack the device and remove all packaging, protective stickers, and seals.
   
2. Take the 2ml prefilled pod and remove the red silicone stoppers from both the mouthpiece and base.
   
3. On the 10ml refill container, twist and remove the red stopper to unlock it.
   
4. Insert the 2ml pod firmly into the refill container until it clicks into place, forming the assembled refill pack.
   
5. Slide the assembled refill pack into the main Smart Max device, ensuring it fits securely.
   
6. Wait 5–10 minutes to allow the coil to fully absorb the e-liquid.
